World chat
Have u got any plans to set one up? i sure hope so and it would be nice to chat with other players in realtime instead of having only communication by mailing

Individual clan forums (as in Tribal Wars) would greatly increase the communication and interest between players. This would help...

A more "Clan" like atmosphere
Increased probability of new players staying active
Also...as has been mentioned before: A map which shows your clan members and the ability to set another clan as enemy/ally so you can see where they are too. This would promote more wars instead of looking for ruins constantly.
