Yeah they've changed the status of server to "locked due to technical reasons"

There is at least 2 situation when you can not enter the server:
1) You can log in on the main page of site, after that you can see the list of servers, but instead of "play" button you see hourglass. This means that server saves data and should be accessible in couple of seconds.
2) You see "locked due to technical reasons" message instead of login screen and any other screens of the game. Usually this situation means that servers are updating. Access to the game in this situation may be disabled for the time up to hour. Usually game administration sends a letter with warning about update in the game.
