For more fair play

This game advantage too much powerfull and individual players. Since many years, admin are trying to balance Black Gems distribution. I suggest some ideas for discussion:
To add : 1) tournament for teams and team reward (that we can add in castle); 2) reset to zero mission to do for artefact level 5 (150 missions, 200 more missions, etc.); 3) up limit of BG in ruin (for exemple, max. to 200 BG in R6)
4) R7 with 200-500 BG and must attack with ally.
To abandon : 1) Grail (because advantage to strongest player); 2) Quest with less then 2% success; 3) limit about hero XP; 4) Archi-Ruin.
