I have lost this ability and i'm the clan leader??

Is this a glitch/bug?

Maybe you've reached the limit of invitations?

No...just recently upgraded actually.

We have 19 of a possible 25 members.

Maybe some of the invitations you sent were not accepted? They are still considered in the limit.

We have two outstanding awaiting acceptance. The numbers don't match up.

19 plus 2 outstanding...21

We still have a 25 limit but no option to invite players.

Alright, I've investigated it.

There are changes in the Game after the last update.
Now, if your Clan is Democratic and you have at least one invitation that has been sent but has not been accepted - you will not be able to send new invitations.
Information about that and also about another changes will be soon added to the Game Encyclopaedia and Forum.

As another has said...maybe a description of the changes that will take affect should be displayed once an update has been done.
