ANNOYING BUILDING

Hi guys im making this because at this present time im doing the castle lv.3 quest and there are other quests that involve building things ie. the market i need to build a market to complete a quest but i now have to wait 3 HOURS for my castle to be upgraded and thats not going to let me build until thats finished and this is because i only have 335 people in my city which is really annoying me!!!!!!!
