Although I have discovered a mine, and producing stones now, the quest still in uncompleted state?

Do I need to do anything else?

Maybe you found the Mine before you received the quest?

Nope,

I had the "Find X" quests way before I found the stone mine.

I'm also having trouble for "Builders Redistribution" quest.
I've done what's instructed but the quest still remains active.
