Don't forget, the administration here are likely not native English speakers themselves, and have to think about a given word in context in order to derive it's meaning. If they look like they are being used in a derogatory or harassing way, then they will likely be treated as such.

There I would have to respectfully disagree. If you think about it, it is a bit like saying you don't have to worry about being arrested if you break the law, as you pay taxes and are therefore immune.

Even if you pay a great deal into the server, there are still community behaviour rules, and if you break those rules, you are (in theory) punished for doing so. Thus, its not necessarily the words you used, but the manner in which they were used, that could be construed as harrassing another player. Even if there were no actual banned words used, the tone of the messages also carries actionable meaning. Especially if there are many of them, all to the same player or group of players.
