There is no specific game client for phones, if your phone can run flash then you might be able to access the game via the normal web page although I'm guessing you probably tried that and it didn't work since most phones don't, even if they can run flash the game tends to take so long to load you quit before it does so.

You could use something like teamviewer to connect to you home pc and run the game on that which I do sometimes, you do have to leave your pc on though. The game also requires a lot of scrolling around on a tiny mobile screen, reading messages/reports is a complete pain since you can't fit the entire width of the text on the screen at once. I also have a tablet so if I go somewhere I kno wifi is available I take than and use teamviewer on that to connect to my home machine since it's a lot more convenient on a 7 inch screen than the 3.25 inch screen on my mobile and the 7 inch tablet is small enough in width that it actually just about fits in my jeans pocket.
