Server Merge

Hello,
I have a few questions regarding the upcoming server merge:

Can the merge somehow be avoided?
The uk-server is a lot older then the small servers who will join it. This seems very unfair.
Many people have other account(s) on different servers, so you will lose a lot of active accounts.
I guess many more will stop playing, when they get killed by bigger players and die in the upcoming territorial struggles.

Now to the questions regarding the merge itself:
How will the cities be moved? Will there be one free kingdom in all directions, so the outskirts are all left standing?
Or will they be placed next to each other and randomly decided which building survives?
What about the Mines, Pits and Clan Castles? Will they be moved too or will they be lost?
Will clans, allies, apprentices, mentors persist?

You must add your nationality to your nick. like i was opened an account here long time ago and it was Muratek but my turkish server nick name was same. So game added _tr to my nick when my account brought here. Muratek_tr so try it like that. VivianHansen_dan or something like that

And do you have any advice, if someone already have spoken with the support, but got answer after 3-4 day? (not always usefull)
Or if someone "successfully" give away her accounts from different server, but the login details wasn't delivered to the new owner?

Is it a big request, that after the few information which i get (not mention the long waiting time...), on this holy day the support pays attention? (i can only hope i'm the only one who feels like this... of course not...)

well you're right but they were informed us 1 week before, that they merging the accounts with england server and if theres already a same nick name player they will add "_tr" or your nationality abbreviation to your nick. So you saying if some one didn't enter the game for a while more than 2 weeks they will not know that server was moved to here but theres a explanation page in the ex server webpage that leads players to here. So there'uld not be a problem then.

jan 27. 18:39 I wrote a letter, because i wanted to get some more information (choose a server, is there another way to solve this)
jan 29. 0:56 i wrote to 3 other servers support, maybe got answered from somewhere .
jan 29. 10:26 i got an answer from .se support (administration decision, delete or give away)
jan 29. 12:31 i asked .se support about the facebook login and how can i give my account to my friend
febr 3. (today...) 10:35 got answer (i have to give permission, and answer 3 questions)
febr 3. 11:01 i gave the permission and answered all the questions (attached my friend e-mail adress as well).

as i remember after 12 o'clock the servers disappeared. My friend hasn't got the login details, and i can't log in with my account (which i wanted to keep)

12:46 i wrote to uk support. untill now, no answer.

So can you tell me, what did i wrong? without an answer there is no further questions. (i'm not mention, that i was daily online...)

Well there's nothing much to say..
So you were entering your ex-account with facebook without a password right? so did you try to login to here with it? if you try it and enter the game in the server login screen theres a link in the right corner says "Write to administration" click it and a box will pop-up and there must be a mail address in the response section. If you know the password of that mail address which it was probably used for registration to game. you can simply go to main login webpage and click to question mark and paste the mail and send it. You will receive a password recovery mail and then you can give the password to your friend
i hope that works.. unless theres noting to do except wait a response from the administration.

Yes, there isn't much to say.

yes, i registered with my facebook account. My fb name bceame my username, but the password wasn't revealed to me (why should be, if the server indentify my fb account...)
Yes i tried, i can register:) (same as viven, according to her name, she used fb as well)
i try to get my "password" writeing my e-mail adress (which i used for my fb account), appear a window (such e-mail isn't in the system-> no pass)
already wrote to the support. got a templated answer, which contains no new or useful information. (about the last tag...)

So i already tried, what you suggested:)

Don't give up. Write to the support (the uk one) to change your e-mail address. Now i sent the information they needed and hopefully i'll be able to log in:)
(after i'm able to login in, i forward your message to them.)

I've bought some grain that you left on the market, but it was only something more then 100k and that won't last long for your troops, so I hope that you will be able to log in in the morning. And your city is attacked by aggressive ruin, so you are really needed there. Call admin. support if you didn't do it yet. You have my phone number, my FB acc so let me know if I can help in any other way.

Not sure, the support wrote me the same (just with my user) But got an error message. So yesterday accourding the "new" support message: i had to provide some information about my account, and send a new email adress. after my account is redirected to my new email i can use the "forget password" questionmark. And with the new password and my old username i'll be able to login. But for that i had to change my email. (so it's not so easy with Fb...)
Now i'm just waiting for the "email was changed" message.

Dont give up my friend, you can loose troops but you cant loose your account for this unplanneed merge of servers.
FOR ME sometime i have to login as "awer" and sometimes with "awer_dk", i dont know the reason
So please try in both ways..

Dear awer - I use facebook for log in and that is the problem - gamesupport can't see e-mail and then call you a lier and think you try to steal a game from another player - there is nothing to do - ealyerI did try to change the facebook log in with my e-mail and they kept answer new questions many days about what I have done in game for the last month in the right order -the date for my last 3 payment for black pearls - every time I answer I got a new message asking me for more info about what I have done in game - I think they send me 5 message with new questions before I gave up and now it is the same problem - they just think all facebook users is liers . I wish you and the rest of the players in my clan a happy time in game - I miss you all very much - but I don't think the support will trust me enough to help me even if they can see my game is dying

vivian i wrote to support today. Support says if you want play with facebook account you have to change email.
To change email you have to answer:
1. Nickname in the Game (on your original server).
2. 5 quests that he has done recently.

AFTER email changed you have to change password: -->go to main page of game, click on the question mark near the line where
you need to enter the password.
After that a mail with link will come to his email, you need to click on this link and system will generate

Please, provide following information for changing your email:

1. Your nickname in the Game (on your original server).

2. Specify 5 quests that you have done recently.

3. Did any of them require black gems?

4. What payment systems did you use at all and last?

5. What services for black gems did you use last?

6. Your old and new e-mail address


After changing your e-mail, you need to change your password you need
to open the main page and click on the question mark near the line
where you need to enter the password. After that letter with link will
come to your email, you need to click on this link and system will
generate the new password.


After changing you password you need to login with your facebook name
and new password.
