i just received captain rank
and i notice i cant attack any more not active players with open gate
there r only 120 around players with my rank or higher
is there posibility to attack not active players after 20:00 weeker than me
?

they should re work the rank system so that we can attack abandoned lower ranked cities and if a lower rank attacks a higher rank player they can attack them back

I think if a weaker player attacks a STRONGER player and wins, the "stronger" player maybe have some wrong strategy... =P)

I grew faster when attack strong farms, not players.

Make is so when players go inactive any rank can farm them or

Firstly there is a built in argument that 5* players won't bother going after 1* defunct sites since a few thousand gold isn't worth it.
But if they do, consider that they have a far wider explorers science, a greater spy science, and a more substantial attack force.
I can't help but agree that the idea is a good one but I think it needs a more balanced consideration.
