Bad support from "gameplay questions"

This is a message between me and administration , please fire this guy , has no clue in doing his job !
Basically you have to wait 48 hours for a reply . At the first 2 replies he send , he respond to a totally different question , at the third one he gave me bad info , i suposse he did not even read with attention my post .... So after about 10 days i receive an info but a bad one .
This is not the first time this happens to me that's why i decided to go to forum , and i bet im not the only one who got shitty and arrogant answers so far.

I've had similar issues with the admin
They often send cryptic messages without actually answering your question.

Not sure if it's a language barrier or lack of game knowledge

Good luck ever getting anywhere in the forum. Theirs no conversations here with moderators, just player to player and even then its rare.

Too busy making new games to pay attention with this one I guess

But how they think that we would invest money if the tech support is bad ? when you buy something you allways get instructions of how to use it .

I've invested a lot of money so far , and i want a better knowledge for that money i've put so far , not an arrogant bastard like this one who is answering my questions.

Like this they are loosing clients and loosing money at same time . So it's bad deal for all of us ...

To answer your question, to my knowledge these scrolls do not exist. I have never seen them or heard of them.
