i personally think it would be more interesting to chose what you want to resurrect up to the % allowed.

you can have a % bars for each of the unit types and a total % bar at the top,

a sort of ' you have chosen x% out of a total X% to resurrect bar

mostly its because i dont like certan units so choosing which one to resurrect will be better than a blanket 25% of the losses
