Changes in filing complaints from 23/09/2019

Dear players,
Recently, cases of ungrounded complaints about players and using of the punishment system in personal interests have become more frequent. To minimize such cases, we decided to change the rules for filing complaints about other players.
The administration will consider complaints ONLY when the sender provides evidence (game screenshots, battle reports, correspondence, a detailed description of suspicious activity, etc.).
Vague arguments and simple guessing (“I think” or “the whole server knows”) will not be taken into consideration.
In addition, if players repeatedly violate this rule and send ungrounded complaints, they may be receive a gag after a warning.

This change will enter into force on September 23, 2019.
