Ban rules

Hello administration



I would like to know the rules for bans in this game as i am seeing some players get forever bans but after some time the accounts are unbaned and other players accounts are deleted from the first ban.

2 example of this situations are the accounts vitnord_lt and tigarsoul accounts, i lost exact count of how many times this 2 accounts got a forever ban this year but must be around 20 times for each of them and despite the obvious multi boxing or staged battles for which they were punished they are constantly unband and constantly they return breaking the rules again.

Since this is a strategy game and strategy=mathematics and rules, i would like to know clearly the rules if possible!

We inspect each case separately.
This common practice has been used by the administration during many years and has no exceptions. The information about system of punishment isn`t provided to players.
