Hello
I am observing since some time how some players are abusing external services in this game such as bots-hacks, i noticed that some small level accounts got ban forever for using bots and i am very glad for such punishment but i am totally disappointed about the suzerains accounts punishments, such as coss_ro and ehab5_ae.
This accounts wore clearly punished for using hacks with few days ban for ehab5_ae and after 3 bans in different months for hack for coss_ro, this account arrived at the forever ban punishment, punishment which strangely changed from forever ban in 7 days ban after breaking the rules continuously under the eyes of the all map.
My question to this administration is why such cheaters did not received a forever ban as all the other accounts banned forever, since clearly they are using external programs meant to modificate the game and why bans are not equal for all the players?
It's possible that an account who clearly use a BOT-HACK program can have the still rights of a normal player who invest his real time in this game instead of setting a program to train army, farm ruins and play the all game at a real person place?

After all this chances where the player could had stopped the hack and try to play the game as we all do the administration decide to give to the rules breaker another chance?

I would like to ask this administration to set a serious rule for the accounts played under bots-hacks and provide to serious punishments for this kind of cheaters considering that in this game many players really invest their time and money to develop the accounts and try to play this game or at the worse to allow the use of this bots to all of us instead of giving privileges only to few.
Thank you for your attention!

Re: Bot hack accounts
Punishments depend on many factors, administration decides each case separately.
