ally request and mentor question

Hi! Well, I need ally who is serious player...need it for exchanging reports, seizure pits, assistance (if need) etc. I am really tired of people who give up on game in short period of time, or just wont do any action. My location is: 36-18-60.
And I have a question about mentor. My mentor is not helping me anymore, also not answering on messages etc. So, can I refuse him and find new mentor? Is it possible?

You're too experienced to be able to get a new mentor, I'm afraid. It sounds as though your mentor has stopped playing (who is it?).
Have you joined a clan? That's often a good place to find allies (and you can do most of the things you mention with clanmates).

I think you are right...he is grig2013.
Well, I am already in the clan..but I have no response when call for action or something. My last ally was from the clan but unfortunately he stopped playing.

I've had a look at him; he's inactive, yes. I'll ask around to see if anyone in your area needs an ally.
