There are very few salt lakes around can it be set that anyone player can only have 2 salt lakes at anyone time....

The large players seem to find them easily and if it already belongs to a smaller player they just take it off them.. so only players with huge armies can have salt lakes ????? Bit confused here, didn't you developers think about this ???

Big players >>> big money spenders. Yes, they thought about it. And being in an strong clan also helps.
