right now I live in US and register in US
if I go back to Thailand can I withdrawal?

If you are already registered in US, you won't be able to withdrawal from this account. When you get back to Thailand, you'll have to create a new account.

what if I register in Thailand

I can withdrawn in Thailand only not in USA?
