My Lands: Black Gem Hunting

Ok I have had some situations with players recently involving player exchanges.

First I know it is not permitted to sell an account, but it is permitted to leave an old account and take another one a friend is giving you because we have done it and with admin permission.

So, if this is happening and admin have been informed of change then why are players getting still getting hit with a 3 day multi-box??

Some clarification is needed please.

You are not allowed to start playing on a new account, until your old account will be completely deleted from the server.
