Hi! We are currently looking for the best name of a new project from My Lands developers. The new game is basically a quick session battle arena with four teams gathering gold. The first team that obtains the needed amount of gold wins. During each session players will be accomplishing various tasks and fighting other players as well similarly to any game of MOBA genre (DOTA, LOL, HON). The game will be highly dynamic. Please, from the names below choose the one you like the most (or hate the least ). There is no need to suggest your own names.
Choose between:
Goldering
Golden Rush
but like to anylase all the other game. the names will have to stick to the toungue as in short version.
Golden Rush may sound good with the full name. but if it starts its marketing people will obviously call it with the shorter version.
either,
'Gee-arr'
'Grr'
'Golden R'
'G Rush'
and obviously 'Golden rush' just reminds me of the American historical scene of Gold rush. it feels like, classic.
so if i have to go for the meaning, i would rather name it 'Rush of Gold'
it sounds better, and its how the other games combination if you find out the full name of DOTA, LOL, HON is
if you find out more, a Korean made game serviced by NeoWiz The 'Age of Storm' and up coming from Blizzard 'Heroes of the storm'
yes, its just the trend.
however,
'Arr-o-gee', 'R.O.G' - economic meaning 'receipt of goods'
'The rog'
'Rush G'
'R gold' - our gold are gold (sry its just rhymes)
and,
'Rog Rocks'
well, you mentioned that i don't need to give it a new name. but its just my job habbit.
regards.

To be honest, both names sound a bit awkward in English. "Goldering" really doesn't work at all, so "Gold Rush" is obviously better. Perhaps you should drop "Gold" altogether. Something like "Combat Arena" or similar would sound better
