Subscription And Quest Rewards

So there is a major issue here....

I'm from the US and this was the first server I played on -- There was no US server at the time.

I bought Subscription account early on and have had it active ever since.

Now I'm trying to turn in the Faction War quest for +360 days of Subscription account and a Tier 3 artifact, but the game won't let me!

" The service is Forbidden according to the User License Agreement "

This is ridiculous that I cannot claim the reward of one of the MAIN QUESTS in the game!
I don't even care about the subscription part or withdrawing...

Admin should change my current Subscription to Premium and the quest reward to be either Subscription or Premium and allow me to receive the reward...

I have a Subscription Account active until Feb 27 2015...
