My Lands: Black Gem Hunting

I need somebody close to my capital to launch a joint attack with on preferably a ruin. I am a captain and would prefer not to attack other players yet. It would be much appreciated if somebody else who had the same quest would reply below, or somebody who would help out a player like myself.
