Log-in problems after migration from RS to UK

Diar Admins,

Some players from my clan report problem. They log in today through FB as usual, but game create new account instead of entering in migrated. Presume that will be lot of similar players, because many of them use FB to log in. Is possibe to fix this ASAP?

Players, on the Romanian server that connects via Facebook, have the same problem.

No fix for this? They want to play with original acc, not to start from the beginning, or to create multi acc. Just to continue to play, nothing more.
