Admins please read,BIG problem BG roberry

Let me explain from Beginning!

My goal was to take Whisperer for second hero,i really wanted to take him and i used tavern to swap heroes.
I used switch button and spent whole 3700BG on it and did not found particular hero,second day i took 4200BG and tried to find him and still nothing!

Now i am someone who is level 4,have second hero science learned and wanted to take second hero.

So,lets start with the following,where is real problem and why is admin fault on this one!

Under the hero classes page,we can see at the bottom sentence by the admin

Only players with Suzerain rank can hire Whisperer hero.

It does says hire,but it does not say that it can not be located in the tavern at all,and thats something else.I at least expected to see hero,and on purchase box to see,needs rank lv5(Suzerain)

Now let me add that i was playing game for 3 years so far and back in the day i did not run onto this rule,and if the rule was made,there should be special note in the tavern.

Particular translation is wrong.

So far i only got 2 messages from admin,and let me post them to you

Unfortunately , in this case, compensation is not provided .

So,let me explain what happened there.First i filed this as a bug,and afterwards i detected that its not just that,but also big mistake in translate/non completed wiki

Whisperer hero is not named Bajalac on serbian(in game it is)but in reality that is not proper translate,one of the main problems why this happen

Now second problem,My lands RS wiki provided by support is not working,you can check the link,and general link(UK wiki) is only partially provided on english.
Only main menu is on english,when you enter in particular option from main menu,the rest is on my local language(Serbian)which i guess is based on your local IP that you are using!

Now lets make summary:
Almost 8000BG spent in tavern,clicked about 800 times on switch hero and did not located particular hero!!!
Only players with Suzerain rank can hire Whisperer hero- Bug if this is only option provided,if not discoverable at all if not Suzerain rank,not completed wiki
Local translate not working,UK translate working partially,wrong translate on local language,not completed Wiki page or possible bug!!!

Now i will request again,i want my BG back,if not,i will escalate paypal dispute.

Note:

I am someone living as a freelancer,and someone who is doing the same job as you are.I do understand what messaging system is,and how messages can be overlooked easily,but overlooking questions like that and denying to escalate problem to proper tech support is not something thats good customer service!

So,i am willing to give you some time to sort problem out,if you do not want to do it now,then through paypal dispute,if you deny then,well you can say Bye Bye to money that i sent to you all of it!

Also to mention that i was first mod on RS server for forum(volunteering)position ,someone who raised forum from the dead and made it usable to the rest of the people!Then after not having interest to actually hire me,i quit and found another forums/services where i actually worked as a paid support!

Yes because they have bug in the game,or non completed wiki page,in any case they have to give BG back weather they like it or not!

If they dont want to give BG,they will give money back!!!

Maybe suggest an alternative.
Free artifacts, or for them to just give you the damn hero. If you'd had known that rule you easily could have leveled up to 5* then dropped back down right after.

They should at least give back your black gems so you can spend it on something else.
