Its not normal to invest pearls to build over 1k counter spies and than enemy (despite the level) breaches them with 1 spy on the 2nd 3rd attempt. Level 1 report is not much BUT it gives vital information. Gold and Gate.

I do not think this is fair or it is supposed to work like that.
I think its time for a fix

Unless you're seizing grails and salt lakes no point investing into counter/mirrors over lvl 5

You are definitely right. Too easy to get info by spying/visioning.
