My Lands: Black Gem Hunting

A few days ago, atakanata1 (Clan Head - Proofstriker) was banned for a staged battle...
This however did not stop his / her clan member from staging another battle...

We need better ways to deal with such issues as the 3 day ban is clearly not working...I believe the 3 day ban is not really a punishment because there is no loss to the player...I would like to make two suggestions...

1. Make the first ban for more than 3 days...This will result in the buildings in the villages to be damaged / destroyed - Very much possible.
2. Block the access to resources from the clan warehouse - A substitute cannot divert the science points to clan castle, similarly a banned player should not be given access to resources in the clan warehouse...

PS: At the time of writing this post, the players are active.

I thought they also took away faction and experience for staged battles ?
I believe that may have been discussed already somewhere in a thread.

One additional option for punishment could be the loss of troops.
Don't let them resurrect the killed troops.

Yes, there is a thread which did discuss taking away faction points and XP...To this I would say, how can you take away something that you didnt have? What I mean here is if the hero XP was ABC before the battle, it is still ABC after the battle and hence, no real punishment...
The above point is for the attacker, it takes two to break the rules and as such the current set-up does not really affect the defender...

Agree that the killed troops of the defender should be taken away and not go into the resurrector...

PS: I was the one who brought it to notice that both XP and faction points need to go back to the original as the bare minimum...If I am not mistaken, the admin had mentioned roll back of faction points and I said also roll back XP...

Almost 48 Hours since the battle and no action taken...

The players were punished.
