Allow the same science modules to be qued.

Ie. i was wanting to do level 1-3 on "market" but cannot make it so you can que the levels.

also cant work out why i was not allowed to que construction when it was level 1 and i was not upgrading it!

If you mean you can't queue construction of a new building? You can. GO to build a building, but click the little + sign next to the building you want and it will add it to your construction queue.
