My Lands: Black Gem Hunting

1. "Hero Rating" is added to Ratings;

2. Clans are divided into Democratic and Monarchic;

3. Spells cannot be cast/Heroes cannot be equipped/Skills cannot be studied/ only 2 hours before attack;

4. Heroes animation can be disabled. There is a check-box "Enable Heroes animation" in the "Settings" menu.

Terms of voting in Democratic clans have been changed.
Votings last 3 days or can be closed earlier if majority of Clan members voted "for" or "against".
This is the rule for all polls except unrestricted.
