Rune/Salt lake

Hi, I m playing on server Arhon,and i have couple questions. Acording to my, and my clan members observation in this server we have to little rune Haegl in Stonehendz, also salt lake are extremly rare and i don t saw anyone for months!!! Grail don t want to mention at all. Also can you return option withdrawing money from the game, and turn this game maybe in to esport game?? We must return popularity to this game, one option is to enable players to earn real money!!! Otherwise this game will die...
My question is why we don t have more rune Haegl in Stounthendz, can you increase that?
We need more salt lakes and more grail, give us more of that!!!
Can you retrive withdrawing money from the server???
