On a warm summer evening, King Smrda sat in counsel with his ministers when a trusted explorer arrived in haste.
“My King,” he declared, kneeling, “the Arc Ruins have returned. A Tier 7 Arc Ruin has emerged in the border lands.”
The king did not rise in anger or doubt.
He smiled.
