Hi
I am also looking for a mentor.
Ideally I am looking for an Elf to mentor me, as I am an Elf (my character is also an Elf, before you ask).
All suggestions welcome.

completed 55+ quests
built 3rd city
destroyed my first ruin...
gotten outer domains.
flailed through alot so far without... maybe mentor not needed

Far too late to get a mentor anyways. You can only get a mentor right at the beginning, before you upgrade your first city main building to level 5. After this you are 'too experienced'
Sounds like you are doing fine without anyways!
