"Gift Monsters" Quest

This is another one of the quests in which the meaning is rather unclear, and reading the text is akin to having a root canal performed by a dentist who has run out of anaesthesic.

The original quest text:
Your Majesty!

The mighty sorcerer, specialist in submission magic and ruler of underground city - the mage Elsminster - has arrived to our city again. I dare to suggest obtaining the powerful spell of Monsters submission again! After applying this spell we will be able to submit Monsters to our will and send them from Ruins against Cities, Mines, or Pits of other rulers and even against other Ruins!

I'm itching to see if our enemy puzzled out where Monsters came to attack Him from! The spell won't work if:
a Player is protected against Monsters' attacks by the Ancient Magic,
a Player's rank is not appropriate to a ruin's level,
the Gate in a player's domain is closed,
In those cases the spell can be cast on the other domain or at the other time.
Level 7 Arch-Ruins are also protected from this spell.

Objective: Buy the Monster's Submission Spell

Hint:
Completion of this quest gives an ability to order Monsters from any Ruin to attack any domain or Ruin located anywhere in our Empire, but according to the rank rule! 70% of Monsters will go out from a specified Ruin to attack.
In order to obtain the spell click the "Complete" button in this quest. The completed quest can keep the reward for an unlimited time.

Reward:

Sends 70% monsters from specified Ruin against specified domain.
I would like to alter this monstrosity of text, into something which makes a heck of a lot more sense, and doesn't obsfucate information at every turn.

My own suggestion would be the following, but anything would be an improvement, frankly.

My Suggestion:
Your Majesty!

The mighty sorcerer Elsminster seeks audience with you once again. He has a more powerful submission spell to offer you. You cast this spell over a monster-infested ruin, and 70% of the monsters within, will fight for you against a target of your choice. Send them against other monster-infested ruins, or against cities, mines, pits or camps of enemy players.

The spell has certain limitations:

The rank rule is in effect. This means the ruin monsters can only attack other ruins or player domains within one level of their own level. For example if you cast the spell upon a level 3 ruin, the monsters can attack ruin levels 2, 3 or 4, and player levels 2, 3 or 4. They may not attack level 1 or level 5 players as these are more than one level distant from the ruin.

You may target ruin levels 1-6 for this spell. Level 7 arch ruins are immune to the spell's effects.

You may not target any player domain whose city gate is closed.

If your casting is unsuccessful, you retain the spell for future use, whilst successful casting consumes it.

If you wish, you may order the monsters to attack one of your own domains, or that of an ally you could not otherwise attack. (Not sure on this point, its one of the things the original text does not mention, but should be possible)

If your target is a player, they are not told who sent the monsters against them. (Not sure on this point, its one of the things the original text hints at, but is not explicit about.)

Objective: Buy the Monster's Submission Spell for 200 black gems. Once you have the spell, you may keep it for an unlimited period of time before you use it.

I was told by the admin in a message reply that the player DOES know who sent it against them. Kind of makes it useless really. The whole point to my mind is to harass an enemy without them knowing where its coming from. The text even suggests they won't know where it comes from! Oh well....

Personnally, I have seen no difference in any of the "Gift Monsters" spells. So implying one is "more powerful" is misleading as well. Also, I have never seen any spell that allows you to send a higher ruin at a lower player (3 star ruin against a 2 star player). However, you do have the capability to send any ruin level against a 5 star player with the exception of 7 star ruins as the level restriction still applies. The other thing that is unclear in all "send moster" spells is the ability to affect aggressive ruins. I have found out the hard way that because the aggressive ruin has a hero and you cannot command the hero; that you cannot send aggressive ruins against a target of any kind. With that being said the quest text should clearly state these restrictions. One last note is that when attempting to claim the quest reward; the game will tell you if the target can be attacked by the ruin of your choice, so excess information is un-needed to begin with.

It should read more like:
Your Majesty!

The mighty sorcerer Elsminster has arrived to our city again. He is offering another Monsters submission spell.

Objective:
Buy the Monster's Submission Spell for 200 (or whatever the amount is) Black Gems

Hint:
