turn game on , no cash , troops are deserting , what is needed is a bank that can fund a ruin raid for a few bgs , do the raid pay money back .

I like it. The gold would be a short term loan. Even an interest rate on the loan would work.

thats if your in a clan and even if you are sometimes the people who dish out the cash are unavailable .

Uhh, why don't you have a gold mine or pit that produces gold and just transport the gold? Even better would be to make the villages in the capital full of trader posts so you don't run into that problem to begin with.
