The Counsellor icon moving

I am not sure where am i suppose to create this topic. It looks like a bug, but i haven't found where to report it.
After the renaming recently founded city, Counsellor icon inside the city moves to the center of the screen. Since i could not do anything with cells under ttis icon.
When i switch to Kingdom Map - Councellor was on his normal place, but when i return in the city - hi was in the center of the screen.
When i refresh the browser page - Councellor was on his normal place.
Fix this issue please.
