Attention: money withdrawal only to Paypal!

From now on, money withdrawal is possible only to Paypal accounts instead of Webmoney. The withdrawal can be accomplished only to Paypal accounts that belong to citizens of those countries, where Pay Pal payments can be sent or received from all over the world or of those countries, where money can be withdrawn from Paypal system, or sent and received by using Paypal system. Those countries are listed here: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide.
If the specified requisite elements of Paypal account come from invalid country, the means to be withdrawn will be returned to portal within 20 days with 10 % fee deduction.
All withdrawal transactions that were initiated before upgrade will be done as usual.
