My Lands: Black Gem Hunting

How are people able to sell resources at lower prices that the market limits. For example crops at 7? Is it through hero's skills?

Hero - trader has ability "market price band +x", x= from 1 to 5(depending on level of skill). So players can sell resources with higher or lower price.

ps: why topic is in flood? There is special place for questions on forum.
