Without needing spells we need a way of seeing which clan members are online and if it does not take up to much server space a clan chat room, after all this game and its members are world wide. seeing which clan member is online would be useful and a clan chat room could also help officers as well as clan members discuss various things and ideas without having to send a clan message and wait for hours sometimes days for all replies to come in

You can see who is currently logged in for your clan by clicking the mail icon and then going to the clan tab and looking who has a green light next to there name, it doesn't guarantee that they are at their machine since there is no inactivity timer to change the status to AFK or something although even that isn't foolproof since they may be there but just not doing anything.

It is weird the game doesn't have any chat though, out of all the games like this I've played this is the only one I can think of that doesn't, even if they didn't want to take the time to build one into the game client/server it should be pretty easy to load the game in one frame/div (preferably with an option to hide it) with the chat in another on the right and pass it a login key to determine which rooms the player can access. I would expect there is probably some open source app that could probably be configured easily for something as simple as that.
