Distroying Building in my domain

I made my second city on a land with 39 cell but with alot of stones and food ..... When my explorer send the report there was noting mentioned other than the land itself. Making a City there appeared that a player from my fraction had building there and appeared the quest to distroy buildings in villages. I was puzzled about how I should manage that so I finaly send my troops to his city expecting the troops to distroy the buildings in my new villages. In fact my troops went to his city and killed his troops meaning a lost of troops and the fight for me. So to get the quest done and as I had another quest waiting for me to get reward (1000 carriers / 1000 mercenaries) I got the troops and send the mercenaries on a second attack which I won. Result of this .... I amry lost ..... fraction loyalty down to - 77 621. If you have the same mission remember to spy his city first. Which I didn't do.
