Changes and additions: update of 26/03/13

1. Clan head's substitute and treasurer's substitute can distribute resources from clan warehouse and population from clan reservation, if they are in the same clan with substituted clan head and treasurer.
2. If a mentor abandons his apprentice or if an apprentice rejects his mentor, it takes 30 days for them to be disconnected.
3. Only battles with both sides experiencing losses will be shown in tavern battle updates.
4. Mistakes (bugs) have been rectified.
5. The apprentice quest "Capital 5" has been replaced with "Robbery" quest.
