Really guys... being gagged in this kind of social games is very very nasty thing... and really not nice when you cannot send message, cannot report ruin... nothing...

And worst of all others can write to you so they cannot know in any way why you are not responding so they start thinking the wors things about you... I proposed the admins of this game to introduce some way for others to know when someone is gagged.

At the time the account was held by the other person he changed clan and that's why he started the new city there. Now that the account is back to the original owner I'm not sure he will continue to upgrade that city... it's still on lvl 2

I do not know what to say... rules are rules and should have to be respected. Strange thing that someone would like to sell his account and than changes his idea.... strange thing that someone else wants to purchase an account instead of upgrading his one as per his preferences.... strange the whole matter, also to prove to admin the rob from one side and the sale from the other.
