Connection Diagnostics:

1. Download the file WinMTR.exe
2. Open it.
3. In the field "Host" enter: mlgame.co.uk
4. Click the "Start" button

5. When the amount of packs in the in "Sent" is about 1000 stop the program by clicking "Stop"

6. Save results of diagnostics by clicking "Export TEXT"
7. Send the saved file and problem description to support_uk@elyland.net
