"Higher Level Scrolls" quest

The introduction to the quest reads:

Your Majesty!
The Great Council seems to be interested in the research that the old Artefacts Trader works on. They sent us a letter showing their support of our participating in the research. And meanwhile, the Trader asks to provide him with another ten scrolls, this time of level 4.

But the Objective reads:

Objective: find 10 Scrolls of level 3 in Ruins

The introduction is correct, of course -- it's level-four scrolls which are needed.
