Alliance is need for finishing the quest

I really need somebody to form alliance in order to finish the quest.

If you live close to me then the alliance can be long lasting.

My Alliance quest is done.

For anyone needs to finish the alliance quest, you can send alliance request to me (I'll need to research the level 2 Diplomacy, though); once the request is done, just end the alliance - I don't mind.

Before you end the alliance, you might as well finish the Substitute quest as well. You are able to end the Substitute right away by entering "No Substitute" and click on the "Appoint Substitute" button.
