Stronger Clan War Declaration

Clans with less castles have the ability to declare war on clans that have more and the only way to declare war on that same clan would be to drop a castle. I believe it would be a good idea to allow the clan with more castles to declare war on the clan with less ONLY if they have declared war on them. Such that if the lesser castle clan ends the war, the clan with more castles will automatically end.

I believe this would be beneficial as the clan with less castles has the ability to take advantage of that situation and with this in place, this would make it fair.

Love emphasis being put on "Stronger" and "Lesser" as if the number of Clan Castles controlled was actually a parameter of Clan power. If this were true then we all must fear Shadow Clan.

A clan shouldn't be required to drop a castle to declare war on a clan that has already declared war on it. If the clan with the lesser castles is willing to declare war, the ability to declare war on them should become available. The clan with the lesser castles are already indicating that they are willing to fight with the clan with greater amount of castles, thus that restriction should be removed during this circumstance.

If a clan with more castles wishes to declare a war to a clan with less, they should drop one.

When the war is already declared on your clan, you should be able to just return the favor.

The game actually indicates the clan with lesser castles as the weaker clan . But anyways..... getting back to my point.. If the lesser clan wants to fight, the higher clan shouldn't have to adjust anything to oblige with the challenge.

Nuclear Fire and its 30 plus members agree, this should be implemented.
The restriction is to protect weaker clans. But if they are willing to declare war then they obviously want to fight.

I would go even further and also increase the incentives for declaring war and attacking while at war.
War standard points are pretty useless.

It is not unfair to allow clans with more CCs to declare war to clans with less CCs after they've already declared war. More than that, why not simply allow clans that are lower in ratings to declare war on higher ranked clans? It is the same principle as with the number of CCs.

Instead or maybe some kind of combination between those, but it actually over-complicates things as it's prone to abuse if the clans are fairly close in ratings (it's quite easy to change rating). Psycho's suggestion on this was the best, it should be permitted to declare war back to the ones who did that first.

For the war declaration part - this is probably another measure taken to protect smaller clans and limit the stronger ones. If the strongest clans would be able to declare war on every clan on the server (with same number of CCs or more), why wouldn't they do that? As for the 3 peace treaties limit, I do not see any valid reason to have it.
