The "Ancients’ Protection" is a good way to shield beginners.
A good way to top the honor code and make a more or less moral step in having this massive army at the city protecting the players for a while.
...That elves and men have the SAME ancients as the dark ones aren't exactly point on moral I would say.
elves do not have the same ancients in history as dark elves....
- The ancients should represent the honor and strength of their faction...which means elves and men have elves and men as ancient protectors.

I absolitely agree with you. Each faction should have its own ancient protectors because it seems to be logical. However, it was the Game designers' cherished dream to create them in their modern appearance. Our designers are sure to make modifications in the acpect of the Game.

I think it is historical and professionally very off the board to have dark factions watch over men (the light side) instead of elves and men for example...
It is very nice to hear it is being taken to consideration or even already planned. Looking forward to it.
Would be very glad to see this change in the near future as I know many will or can react on it.
I'm studying marketing so I'm constantly planning future business and eventual projects. I would like to promote this game if I can get the chance later on.

The way of "explanation" (use of marketing techniques) in promotion of a certain product (as a huge potential strategy-game as this) can be one of the most deciding factors in reaching the clients the right possible way. When you set the key-factor in balance as to allow people to understand it in their own way of interest, this can make a huge difference in the big game-market of players and potential players.
Reaching these in the right way in all possible angles and ways, and at the same time prioritizing the right moments with the right actions to the right group of people should be the roots in the techniques to spread the game in a positive and effective manner.
[In game proposals:
The buildings (same structure) could for example have had small changes such as fading differences in the colors and it could have added a little more life to the game (of course not that it isn't full of it atm.) The "touch" of life gives the calm and controlled feeling to the player which could be essential for the increasing numbers of players.
A possibility for subscribers (if necessary and wanted) to pause the buildings while upgrading or building and maybe have a way to have/get two (+/-) more slots in the building queue option.
This can give the player a easier overview and more in-game control, in the long run of in-game options.
