example
Science lvl 1 of Warehouse
With incrase 10% of building warehouse
so if u have building with 100.000 capacity with lvl 1 this building with be 110.000 capacity
lvl 2 of warehouse with increase to 20% of capacity...
informacion like this need in encyclopaedia,

and for hero clases informacion
if i hire a Scout hero wich one can be his 2th specialties i know that but only for playing to long this game but for new player need this information.
