Will there be any new servers made on an English language version of the game? I want to start playing the game again, but I'm not going to spend money on a server where there's so many people who are so strong that I will never have a chance to grow.

Recently, there is no such intention to open a new server.

Consider the Tactical server which is much younger or the US server which is much less populated.
For the king, for the land, for the mountains
For the green valleys where dragons fly
For the glory, the power to win the black lord
I will search for the Emerald Sword!
