mobile payments

Hey..tried to buy black gems through sms, both times received a message saying that 'sorry this service is not available..'..any ideas?already spent 3 quit with no result!!

Is the problem still actual for you?
If yes, it'd be better to write to the Game Administration using your in-game mail, select "Black Gem transactions" topic. Or you can send an e-mail to - support_uk@gain2f.com

Got the some problem lost money got nothing back. -.-
Now i failed a quest and am nearer to fail the 150 quests complete in a row quest -.-

k thx

but the mail didnt help me
I got a sms which says NEXT_ID_WEB just took 0,99cent from ur mobile
and now i lost 99 cent twice even ...

Request has been referred to the payment system operator. As soon as the answer is received, you'll be notified.

And how long will that take?
I am near failing my 150 quests in a row quest.
And already failed one quest due to no blackgems...

The quests that've been failed due to payment problems can be re-activated after the Black Gems are successfully purchased.
Unfortunately I am not sure how much time the problem resolution can take, because it doesn't depend on the Game Administration only. Usually it takes 1-2 days.

Shouldnt they have been contacted lik the day i sent my ticket in?
And now it is like 5 days later and it is monday ....
When do i get my money or my blackgems back?
Will i need to wait 3 weeks?

We contact them every day since you applied with the problem.
I really hope they will found out what's the problem with your payment soon. It just seems to be some technical problem, that's why it is difficult to check what went wrong. Sorry.

I dont care what their problem is, isn't customer service the most important???
Do i have to wait 3months now or what?

Usually if something technical happens the victim gets some kind of compensation, but the only thing i get is this answers with no content and not helpful at all.

I rarely have payment problems and when then i get resolved in 3-4 days or i get compensation for it, but here is jsut gotta wait and wait.

You seriously want ppl to wait 2weeks or more?
So you are saying sorry but ur customer has to wait more than 3 weeks?
Worst Brwoser game customer service ever seen, till now.
0 compensation, 0 help, 0 anwers...

I am sorry that it happened to you. However, the problem occurred NOT on the game side. It's some technical problem of the payment aggregator and the aggregator is contacted every day concerning your payment.

But u have chosen that payment Option and how can it Be that u need more than 2weeks?
