Race of the current character cannot be changed.\\
1. You can start new game with the new character of desired race on another server, \\
2. or you can [delete|Del_pers] your current character and start a new game on the same server with the new character of desired race.
In the window of Server choice (the Portal) you can initiate the character deletion. Deletion will tale 7 days. During this time the deletion can be cancelled.\\
