When the game promo-period runs out, you will be offered a choice of playing for free or getting Subscription.\\
If you choose the __"Free Game"__, then Subscription will never again be available for you with the current character.\\
However, you will always have an ability to get Premium that is a package of advanced services for the free-players. Premium gives all advantages of Subscription, except for money withdrawal.\\

In some quests you may find reward – either Premium or Subscription. This would depend on availability of Subscription for you. If you are still in the Promo-period then you will get the Subscription.
